Community Maintenance Contracts

GCC provides a comprehensive range of repair and maintenance services, addressing emergency breakdowns across all trades and disciplines. This includes a periodic contract for the maintenance and repair of assets for Anindilyakwa Housing Aboriginal Corporation (AHAC) and cyclical maintenance for Anindilyakwa Land Council (ALC) and Anindilyakwa Royalties Aboriginal Corporation (ARAC) assets.

Government Maintenance Contracts

GCC delivers building, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical repair and maintenance services for Northern Territory Government facilities in the Groote Eylandt and Bickerton Island region. Our periodic contract encompasses services for NT Police, health clinics, government offices, and schools.
