Umbakumba Subdivision Project

GCC successfully completed the development of a new residential subdivision in the remote community of Umbakumba in January 2025. The scope of works included:

  • Demolition of existing structures and underground services
  • Earthworks and site grading
  • Construction of new roads and drainage systems
  • Installation of sewerage, potable water, electrical services, and Telstra fibre
  • Landscaping

The project was delivered on schedule and met all requirements for timely completion.

Angurugu Subdivision Project

Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics

Under contract with DIPL, GCC developed a new residential subdivision comprising 40 lots in Angurugu. Construction activities included:

  • Earthworks and stormwater drainage
  • Water reticulation and connections
  • Sewer reticulation and connections
  • Electrical reticulation and connections
  • Telecommunications, environmental management, road construction, and landscaping

This project was successfully completed and handed over in September 2024.
